The challenge
A major TAFE faced the transition of a high-volume training package: superseded qualifications, new units, updated assessment requirements and hard teach-out deadlines - across multiple campuses and teaching teams, without interrupting enrolled learners.
What we did

Built transition mapping matrices from the superseded to the current training products, unit by unit, so nothing fell through the gaps.

Developed and contextualised the learning and assessment resources required for the new package, validated before first delivery.

Ran professional development sessions with teaching teams so trainers walked into the new package confident, not guessing.

Staged the rollout with the TAFE's own governance calendar - progress visible to managers every week.
The outcome
The transition was delivered on schedule. Teaching teams moved onto the new training products with mapped, classroom-ready resources, and learners transitioned without disruption to their study plans.
