The challenge
Off-the-shelf resources rarely fit every cohort: language levels, industry contexts, delivery modes and learner backgrounds differ. Providers needed materials genuinely contextualised to who they teach - without breaking compliance with the training product.

Analysed each cohort's context: industry setting, LLN profile, delivery mode and employer expectations.

Customised training and assessment resources to those needs while preserving full coverage of the unit requirements.

Documented the contextualisation so the provider could evidence compliance at validation and audit.
The outcome
Training and assessment resources customised to the specific needs of learner cohorts - materials trainers actually use, mapped so compliance never became the casualty of contextualisation.
